progress. The Workout Wizard is then used to automatically design a highly customized
workout just for you. The workout log and optional mobile logging interface make
recording your daily workouts a breeze. The nutrition and calorie log follow the
same principle. Simply create a list of the foods you commonly eat and log meals
from your personal menu. Easier still, simply log servings of the five food
groups into the USDA inspired Calorie Log Express. Use both the Workout Log and
Calorie log together and see an estimation of your daily caloric balance and your
weight loss / gain.
