wellness4one Personal removes obstacles to becoming the best possible you. Through advanced online tools and techniques, you create checkpoints from which to gauge progress. The Workout Wizard is then used to automatically design a highly customized workout just for you. The workout log and optional mobile logging interface make recording your daily workouts a breeze. The nutrition and calorie log follow the same principle. Simply create a list of the foods you commonly eat and log meals from your personal menu.  Easier still, simply log servings of the five food groups into the USDA inspired Calorie Log Express. Use both the Workout Log and Calorie log together and see an estimation of your daily caloric balance and your weight loss / gain.

Convenient calorie logging Calorie Logging provides trainers and clients with quick and easy logging and tracking of their daily caloric intake.  The Calories Burned report compares calories consumed to calories burned to determine daily progress.
Simplified calorie logging Calorie Log Express eliminates the need to select individual food items by allowing users to log servings for just the five food groups.
Reporting wellness4one Reporting tools provide guidance to trainers and motivation to clients by showing progress and pointing out training plateaus.
Training Partners For added motivation, wellness4one allows users to invite friends, family or coworkers to become training partners. They can then access each other's workout and nutrition information and challenge one another in weight loss or workout intensity.
