Health Screening Before program design, all new members must complete a health screening. This screening is designed to certify that the user is fit for a general fitness program. If any conditions occur that could jeopardize their health, we insist that they have their physician sign off on the program.
Aerobic Fitness Evaluation Cardiovascular fitness is the key to a long and healthy life. The Aerobic Fitness Evaluation Wizard is designed to step the user through a simple, comprehensive, low impact cardiovascular test. The results of this test and other measurements are used to determine the starting point for an aerobic fitness program.
Anaerobic Fitness Evaluation Any good fitness program combines both cardiovascular and strength training. The Anaerobic Fitness Evaluation Wizard guides the user through several strength tests to determine their starting point for weight training.
Goal Setting The cornerstone of any fitness program revolves around effective goal setting. wellness4one employs user feedback and safe recommendations to develop effective member goals.
Workout Wizard The Workout Wizard draws the screening, evaluations and goals together to generate a personal trainer quality fitness program. After allowing the user to select from an assortment of exercises, the wizard creates the program and places it into the Workout Log for the member to access and complete.
